Our Approach

We are a small company. We made it this way. It means that every client gets to speak directly to the person who is doing their work. There are no client service people to manage clients expectations, no shielded primadona creatives. Each person is responsible for developing relationships and executing the best work possible. 

This doesn't mean we don't have a robust project management methodology or are not able to interface with more traditional organisational structures. The contrary in fact. We are agile and flexible - able to slot into all sorts of businesses at any level, very fast. This is why large multinationals work with us, its why startups want our insight and why they keep coming back.

Nicework only creates value when we have deep understanding of the businesses we serve. This means lots of investigation.
