I recently stumbled across a Flickr Gallery of C215, real name Christian Guémy. He a French street artist hailing from Paris. His work is in London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Brooklyn and even New Delhi. He works mainly in stencils but these look like they might have some hand painting. They have an almost Van Gogh feel.
