Mon Choco‘s brand, created by Mexican design and branding company, Futura, tickles the tastebuds and delights the visual senses.
Based in Ivory Coast, Mon Choco celebrates working with cocoa for generations. Futura created a beautiful pattern/illustration that tells the story about the people of Ivory Coast and the way they harvest the cocoa, respecting the traditions in order to make delicious versions of chocolate. This same illustration is then used as a texture in all the packaging versions. The rest of the branding solution represents the high quality of the products by giving the sensation of luxury.

We are constantly dreaming of stories. Small stories, tall tales, long journeys – anything that feels like an adventure. With Truffle Pig, we created an existential journey through the life of a man (we named him Gustav) and his pet truffle pig. The entire project started from one beautiful landscape painting created by our talented design team, and ultimately evolved into an all-encompassing dive into the magical world of VR. We used the full mixed-media approach that is at our core, utilizing everything from 2D character animation, design and development, to our fully environmental and textural CG landscape chops.

As an expansion of this system they utilised the typography itself as pattern, where the empty spaces become filled shapes on the stationery verse.
