Mike Stopforth: Putting Your Worst Foot Forward

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Even the best of us run into days where the whole world seems to be working against us. In the “Good Old Days”, if a dude had a terrible service experience with a company, it was just tough tekkie for him. The worst he could do would be to go home and complain to his wife, who would smack him upside the head with the frying pan, thus kicking off another awful day.

Now, however, aforementioned dude can jump onto the social media platform of his choosing and bring the dratted company to its proverbial knees – which is why, Mike Stopforth says, it is so vital to make sure that the people who are out there representing your brand are well trained and up to the task, We thoroughly enjoyed Mike’s cautionary tale of The Lady Filing Her Nails, The Other Lady Who Never Brought The Coffee, and the Navy-Jerseyed Champions – no doubt you will as well.

You can read the full article here. Mike Stopforth will be the very first to speak at the Johannesburg chapter of the CreativeMornings breakfast talk series. The session will be held at Nicework’s offices, with refreshments provided by Molecular Bars. Don’t miss it!
